Therapy & Counselling

Our counsellors bring years of clinical experience to supporting people through grief and loss, relationship challenges, trauma, and the difficult transitions of motherhood and family life. Drawing on evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, they offer a compassionate, judgment-free space to feel heard, heal, and make sense of what you’re going through.

Robyn Campbell

MC, Registered Psychologist

Robyn is a Registered Psychologist who is particularly passionate about supporting new moms through the wild, wonderful, and sometimes overwhelming perinatal period. Her areas of focus include postpartum depression and anxiety, stress and burnout, self-esteem, nervous system regulation, and trauma recovery. She is especially mindful of how intimidating the first step into therapy can feel, and so her goal is to make sure your first experience feels comfortable, supportive, and genuinely worthwhile. She considers it a privilege to be part of your village during this season of life.
