Megan Hickerty

Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Registered Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner

Smiling woman with wavy light brown hair wearing a black t-shirt, standing outdoors in front of lush green foliage.

Megan believes every body has a story — and her work is about helping you listen to it. She takes a grounded, osteopathic approach, viewing the body as an interconnected system where structure and function are always shaping one another.

In session, Megan draws on a range of modalities — craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, neural manipulation, somatics, and functional breathing among them — to identify the strain, restrictions, and stress held in your fascia, muscles, organs, nervous system, and movement patterns. The goal is simple: create the space your body needs to move more freely and feel more at ease.

Megan holds a Holistic Health Care Practitioner Diploma from Grant MacEwan University and a 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, along with advanced Osteopathic training through the Upledger and Barral Institutes in craniosacral and visceral work. Recently, she's been studying Anatomy in Motion (AiM), which maps out how every joint in the body moves through a single step and reveals the patterns the body has been quietly building to feel safe while moving through life.

She's endlessly curious — and she'll invite you to get curious too, about the why behind how your body moves and feels
