Christine has helped me immensely throughout my pregnancies (from morning sickness to anxiety to birth prep), postpartum and motherhood. She puts so much care and knowledge into each treatment and my nervous system feels completely reset after each treatment. To other mamas out there - there is nothing better for parenting than a relaxed nervous system. I highly highly recommend that you see Christine to help with any ailments you might have, but also to help calm your nervous system.

Trish is so deeply knowledgeable and skilled in her practice. When you go for a session, you’re not just getting acupuncture - you’re learning how to understand yourself from a whole new lens and it can really change your whole life for the better! When I first came, I thought I was just going for a one off Accupuncture session but as I saw the pay off, I realized how beneficial it was for me to go regularly. Trish, in perticular, has given me so much insight into issues I’ve struggled with my whole life and how to help. Anything from adhd, insomnia, anxiety to PCOS, fertility to back pain and headaches. She really does it all.

Working with Catherine has been a truly transformative experience. Their unique blend of shamanic wisdom and acupuncture has helped me heal on levels I didn’t even realize needed attention. Each session feels intentional, and deeply restorative — not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I am truly grateful for the guidance and support she has provided on my journey, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking holistic care — especially those navigating fertility challenges or looking to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

Kat has helped me to feel so much better than anyone or anything I’ve tried before. She’s so knowledgeable and explains things in an easy to understand way. She’s kind and truly wants to help me feel my best. Her advice and suggestions are personalized to meet my unique needs. My bloating issues and energy levels have gotten so much better, and I’ve learned to be more intentional in my rest and digest habits. I only wish I found Kat sooner!
